All prices are listed in GBP (£). Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna.
5. Warranty
Our products come with a 1-year parts-only warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover labour costs or any damage caused by improper installation or use.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the UK. Delivery times and costs will be provided at checkout. While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Cancellation and Returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them, as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email. The return postage will be at your own cost unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

• Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, this must be justified by providing images or videos showing the issue. All products are inspected prior to dispatch to ensure high quality.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, a 30% restocking fee will apply. The item must be returned in its original condition, and any additional shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for any damage to your home, worktop, or other property caused during the installation of our products. It is advised that a qualified professional install the product. Any damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse is not covered by our warranty or return policy.
